Instructions for Use

　　1. Finish the the installation of dryer (generally no need to install), oxygen meter, and chiller. And after the connecting the air outlet of the nitrogen bottle to the left air inlet of the dryer.

　　2. Provide power supply for the dryer, oxygen meter, and chiller respectively. Then, switch on them respectively.

　　3. First turn on the cooling button of the chiller,Set the temperature, usually about 5 degrees; then click cycle.

　　4. After the temperature of the chiller drops to the set value, then open the nitrogen bottle (nitrogen generator), and adjusting pressure at 0.15-0.2MPa.

　　5. Switch on the fan on the machine display, and adjust the fan frequency through the knob, the general frequency is set to about 35. The parameters be set according to the conditions of the material. And observe the oxygen content of the oxygen meter.

　　6. Setting the temperature when the oxygen content below 3%, then click the heating switch.

　　7. Set the feeding speed after the heating temperature rises to the set value, and then click on the peristaltic pump button.
